Product 3: Custom 3D Printing Resin for Silicone

Hi Friend,

October was a full month of 3D printing and testing a new resin compatible with Platinum Cure Silicones with a new industrial partner 3D Resin Solutions!
JoshAdams.io 60 second October update: 1. My Third product is a liquid photopolymer for use with SLA resin printers! If you use Platinum Cure Silicones like I do, you know that they are very sensitive to almost any type of contamination. This product works: it does not cause cure inhibition with platinum cure silicones...that said, we've come a long way and I'm still dialing in some of printing parameters for fine columns. Please reach out if you cast silicones or know folks interested in participating in a research study to test this application!

2. I'm sharing the design for a D20 die that made a nylon SLS print of recently. It was a fun project and I have a video of the process below, as well as a link to the CAD files here.

3. Tip from the month: Work with professionals.

I'm doing my best to lean further and further into focusing my collaborations to be with skilled professionals. It's possible to move so much faster when team mates have the knowledge and experience to innovate built on years of experience, avoid nuanced challenges, and communicate in clear and effective ways.

Wishing you all an exceptional month of presence, growth, and innovation! ~Josh

PS. If you're in St. Louis I'll be offering a workshop on physical product development offered free to the public through St Louis Start Up Week the morning of Wednesday November 13th, hope to see you there!
