Hi, I’m Josh Adams.

I'm an engineer and entrepreneur devoted to developing and distributing products that support life and make it worth living. I share engineering insights, business lessons and personal projects and experiments.

My goal here is to connect with and support others who are passionate about building things that matter.

With nearly two decades of experience founding and acquiring companies, helping startups bring flagship products to market, and partnering with R&D teams at organizations like Medtronic, I’ve learned that innovation happens where disciplines intersect.

About This Site

JoshAdams.io is a working journal of product development, manufacturing, and entrepreneurship. It’s where I document lessons learned building products and businesses across medical and industrial sectors — and connect with others doing meaningful, technical work around the world.

Whether you’re an engineer, founder, clinician, or investor, my hope is that something here helps you move a project, product, or idea forward.
